Returns Policy


If you wish to return an item, a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number should be requested online within 3 days of receiving your order. All returns must be made within 7 days in order to receive a full refund. Returns made after 5 business days will be issued a store credit. 

We will process your return for a refund or store credit depending on the medium you choose. All  Items should be returned unused and with all original designer tags still attached. Returns that are missing tags, damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

 Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to allow easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

You should expect to receive your refund within a week after we have received your returned item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the best shipping option. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that we have a flat shipping rate of $19.99 for all domestic orders (USA).
